Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many court and public records, but Morgan County records are not held in one place. The Clerk of Superior & Juvenile Court handles Superior Court civil and criminal files, divorce records, juvenile court administration, trade names, notary records, and related clerk services. Probate Court handles estates, wills, guardianships, marriage licenses, firearms permits, and probate minutes. Magistrate Court handles small claims, dispossessory cases, garnishments, and warrant-related matters. The Sheriff's Office handles jail and incident records through its own channels.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. The document has to come from that office.
